Chicken Noodle Dinner at Saline Labor Day Event

CCGS Chicken & Noodle Dinner — September 4, 2022, Sunday

The Clay County Genealogy Society will host the annual  Chicken & Noodle Dinner at the Saline City Park on September 4th during the Saline City Labor Day Celebration.

The menu includes chicken & noodles, choice of two sides (mashed potatoes, green beans, or corn), bread and butter, and a drink.  Desserts may be purchased, and carry-out meals are available.

Adults will be $8.00, children 3-12 will be $6.00, and children under 2 will be free.

All proceeds go to the Clay County Genealogical Society Building Fund.  Saline City is located 1 mile south of State Road 46 on State Road 59.

The July 30th Pancake Breakfast was a success thanks to the Center Point United Methodist Church folks who allowed us to use their Family Center for the event.  Sales and generous donations at the breakfast increased the Building Fund by $897.

Thanks to everyone who  purchased breakfasts and donated time and money at the breakfast.  You helped make the event a success!
