The woman teacher on the top row, far left, is Blanche BOOTES. The girl in the first row of standing girls, 5th from left, is Tamszion JACOBS. According to TRAVIS (History of Clay County 1909) and others, the school was located near the northeast corner at the crossroads of Murphy Ave. and the Rio Grand Road.
